One thing that I do not hear discussed is the reasons why you even need a website. In my consulting work, I will frequently ask if the client is sure that they need a website.

Email Netiquette

Email is everywhere. I personally interact with over 150 emails a day and that is not exceptional. One of my biggest frustrations is sending email to folks and then having to ask if they have gotten the first email.
My one tip of email netiquette, ALWAYS reply to email. Just a simple, “Got your email, thanks” is fine. This lets the sender know you have received what they sent.
