Telling a Story with Google Earth

Thanks to Google earth, you can take a virtual tour of Israel, or just about anywhere. Next week I will post a virtual tour of Israel and New York. Not related in anyway, but I want to give you an idea of how you can use this tool for illustrating sermons and bringing the point home.
Google Earth is one of the coolest tools that I have seen. The other night I used it to show my 5 year old son my Father’s Barn in New Hampshire. We are in Eugene, OR. His reaction was astonishment followed by, “Dad! That really is pop’s barn!”
The funny thing is, ANYONE I have showed the application to has been blown away. Next week I will show you a little of what is possible.
In the meantime, take the tour.
