Improving Customer Experience: Howard Kaplan speaking with Peter Kim of Forrester
I love to earn. It is one of the reasons that I love the internet so much. There is a ton of resources online.
- The free webcast by Future Now about marketing online is a great example.
- You can learn a lot about WHY online strategy is important by watching this webcast.
- A webcast is typically just video, however, this version is using video and charts. Pretty slick.
Beside the slick factor, the content is fantastic. It does a great job explaining how rich media (music, audio, video, flash) can work and a little bit about WHY it works. You will hear about trends, tactics, and some of the don’ts. Really well done.
ANY organization can learn something here about online strategy.
