Creative Commons Music - Jamendo

Blake and Michael’s conversation is pretty intriguing. I like Michael’s statement at the end.

“We DO have choices.”

He’s right. And Jamendo is one of those choices. The audio is all legal to download and keep. Some of it you can reuse, and some of it you can reuse commercially. All of the audio is under the Creative Commons license. You need to look this up and read more about the license.

So, if it is free, it is probably Junk right?

Nope. Have a listen.

Now your tastes are certainly different than mine. I am a pretty odd guy, but the music on Jamendo is awesome, and you can use it. Soundtracks, performance, and just great stuff.

Enjoy.

  1. Flashkit.com is another great resource for free sound loops and sound effects. I once created a storm for kids going through the story of Noah’s Ark by layering 7 or 8 sound effects from Flashkits using Audacity.

Anyone have other sites to add?
