Give Me My Jamendo

Sorry for the void. As I said, we have been running all over getting work done for the past few weeks. It has been absolutely fantastic!!! Personally, I am really looking forward to releasing some new sites and probably one property.

During the Thanksgiving break I swallowed my own pill and seriously started to listen to Jamendo. If you don’t know, Jamendo is a site with nothing but Creative Commons audio.

I started looking and stumbled across two amazing albums. L’autre endroit by Silence and Increase the Dosage by Revolution Void. Now my tastes lean towards the odd. My wife loves country. Go figure. But they have just about anything you can imagine.

The music is phenomenal. Brilliant really. Original, provocative and FREE.

Yup, under the Creative Common license structure you can download, use, share and even remix the music. Well, not all of it. So tracks and or albums you are not to mess with, but you can still listen, download and share.

I used some tracks as the bed soundtrack for a project I was working on. Jamendo has my creative juices flowing! I now have access to some amazing music to use in my own projects.
