One thing that I do not hear discussed is the reasons why you even need a website. In my consulting work, I will frequently ask if the client is sure that they need a website.

Second Life Ministry

A while back, Dave posted about Second Life and ministry possibilities there. It turns out that two of the most innovative ministries in the country–in terms of the use of technology and connecting to people where they are at–have launched ministries in Second Life. They are LifeChurch.tv and XXXChurch.com.
I am a big fan of both these groups. I’ve worked personally with the XXXChurch team a couple of times and have admired Craig Groeschel and the LifeChurch.tv folks from a distance.
