One thing that I do not hear discussed is the reasons why you even need a website. In my consulting work, I will frequently ask if the client is sure that they need a website.

Worship Goes Big-Screen and Hi-Fi
written by Ben DubowTuesday, September 25, 2007
There was an interesting article in today’s Washington Post about churches and the use of technology, especially in worship. I thought it was a good article and well-balanced, though was certainly breaking no new ground on the issue. I liked it because St. Paul’s Collegiate Church was mentioned and small church plants from […]
SurveyMonkey
written by Ben DubowSunday, April 22, 2007
We are currently doing a church-wide survey at St. Paul’s Collegiate Church using the online survey tool SurveyMonkey. I really believe in the power of surveys and evaluation in the church. Our survey is covering everything including evaluating preaching, web use, music, children’s ministry, giving, serving, parking, spiritual growth, personal evangelism, demographics, etc.

written by Ben DubowThursday, February 8, 2007

Come Thou Font of Every Blessing
written by Blake AtwoodWednesday, September 27, 2006
Fonts are easy to find, but hard to use wisely. We know poor font use when we see it, but how often do we knowingly commit the same crimes, whether to save time or because ‘it’s so pretty,’ even though it’s so not legible. Here are many places to help you find free fonts and […]

Particletree is the beginning of something. This place, this collection of knowledge, is a gathering of forces, a sharpening of skills. We believe both web applications and learning about how to create web applications can […]

Church Marketing Sucks
We have blogged about these guys before. They are definitely link worthy.
From the site’s description:
The blog to frustrate, educate and motivate the church to communicate, with uncompromising clarity, the truth of Jesus Christ.

This is a great list! I know I will be referring to it often. Thanks! -waugh
