One thing that I do not hear discussed is the reasons why you even need a website. In my consulting work, I will frequently ask if the client is sure that they need a website.
Why Only $5?
BetaChurch is a project that is run by the Noah Institute, a non-profit dedicated to helping the church with design and technology. The BetaChurch website has been supported by Pure Blue and AGI for the past two years. They will continue to support us and we appreciate the time and effort.
BetaChurch is just one of three projects that we are running right now. The other two projects are called Mobile Classroom and Mindsmiths. Both project require a great deal more financial support to continue.
Mobile Classroom is a project where the Noah Institute sends a teacher to a church to help them understand how to use the internet for their personal walks and the ministries that they are involved in.
Mindsmiths is top secret! But it is coming in just a few months and we are very excited.
Because of the power of the internet, we believe that we can fund major projects on five dollars a month per donor. Our goal is to have 200 donors contribute $5 a month. That will give us $1,000 a month to be used for our other projects.
This money will go to travel expenses, server costs, and additional supplies.
So, if you have $5 a month, we would appreciate the help. If on the other hand you would like to donate more, we aren’t going to stop you!
Thanks and God Bless.
You can subscribe to BetaChurch for $5 a month.

This is a great list! I know I will be referring to it often. Thanks! -waugh
